Emma Watson Joins The Bling Ring
She'll go thieving for Sofia CoppolaWe've always thought we should be more careful with our valuables whenever we're around Emma Watson* and now we know why: she'll turn into a criminal nuisance for Sofia Coppola's new film The Bling Ring. Coppola is writing and directing the film, which is based on the true story of a group of teenage girls arrested in 2009 following a string of break-ins at homes of personalities including Lindsay Lohan, Orlando Bloom and Paris Hilton. They became famous for rifling through TV shows and celebrity mags looking for jewellery, clothing and other items that caught their eye.The irony is the criminals were already from fairly affluent homes, but had become enamoured of the jewel-encrusted lifestyle of Hilton and co. Kids, eh?"I'm excited about the young cast we're assembling and I'm looking forward to shooting on location here in Los Angeles," Coppola tells Variety, though she doesn't specify who else is up for a role.Watson, who last appeared in My Week With Marilyn, is seemingly still finding time to score acting jobs even as she re-commits to her studies. She'll next be seen in The Perks Of Being A Wallflower and is attached to both David Yates' Your Voice In My Head and Guillermo del Toro's Beauty And The Beast (though given del Toro's output rate, she could probably complete a Master's degree before that one is up and ready to shoot...)*Not true. She's lovely and would never steal anything except our hearts.

Bounce TV lands N.Y. clearance
KingYoungStartup digital multicast funnel Bounce TV gets a large distribution boost via a carriage agreement with Fox-possessed WWOR-TV NY.The Black-specific funnel bowed Monday like a multicast funnel on WWOR. Bounce TV stated it's because of launch soon on Fox's KCOP La and perhaps other stations, but a Fox Tv Producers repetition wouldn't confirm any deals beyond Gotham.Carriage within the nation's biggest TV market can help Bounce TV pull in greater advertising rates and help it to lure across the country oriented blurbs. Funnel, which bowed in September, has become removed on stations covering a lot more than 50% of U.S. TV homes and 72% of African-American homes.Bounce TV aims to attract the 25-54 demographic with a mixture of acquired movies and series in addition to sports and inspiring special offers. It had been designed like a distribution-style offering for broadcast Tv producers to keep digital subchannels that tv stations offer after making the transition to digital telecasting.Atlanta-based Bounce TV is individually possessed by African-American traders, an organization which includes Martin Luther King III and former Un ambassador Andrew Youthful.
