What's a good site to find a list of new and old songs that were popular?

I couldn't find the american hits parade charts anywhere
The teacher lied back in 2006 said there is one to the students
I want to look for songs that doesn't have any swearing and that are
uptempo
I tried it's too hard sorry nowhere to look
I need lots of help finding it
